In the west side of the prison there is a division of open cells that have several floors to it. These cells all have an automatic opener/closer, located in a small room on the second floor. A very spacious place with lots of places to hide or sleep it is perfect for the Meiux Organization. There are two ways in and out, both are always gaurded and they lead to another part of the prison. Only gang members know how to get in and if a stray somehow winds up in the territory it will probably not end well for that stray. Be careful. Despite only being cells there are many places to get trapped in, say in the cells themselves or the office on the fourth floor that has a hole that lead straight to the bottom level of this section.
